Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refund for Services Rendered:Once a treatment has been performed, no refunds will be issued. This includes all laser, injectables, and non-invasive treatments. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. We will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction with the treatment received.
Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure an appointment for any treatments, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of the treatment. However, if there is a failure to attend the appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation of Appointments: To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the loss of any deposit made. Cancellations can be communicated via email at info@castleridgemedicalaesthetics.com.
Appointment Arrival: Patients are requested to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment time to complete any required paperwork. If a patient arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Cancellation Notices:Patients must provide at least 24 hours notice of written notice for any cancellations. Cancellations can be communicated via email at info@castleridgemedicalaesthetics.com – If a written notice is not provided within this 24 hour period, a full deduction of the service cost will be charged through the patient’s insurance.
No-Show Policy for Non-Insurance Clients:Patients who do not have insurance coverage and pay out of pocket are required to provide a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied towards the total service cost. – In the event of a no-show, this deposit will be retained.
Appointment Arrival: Patients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. This ensures that all necessary documentation is completed, and the patient receives their full scheduled massage without disruptions. -Failure to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time will necessitate rescheduling the appointment, and a no-show fee will be applied. This policy helps ensure that our therapist’s time is respected and other clients are not inconvenienced.
